Flood Support – October 2022
Recent flooding has had a devastating effect on many in our community. Some people may be directly affected, whilst others may be impacted by the accounts of others.
People react to crisis in different ways. Some may be strongly affected and need immediate support. Some may seem calm at the time of an event but have strong reactions later. Some can manage their situation on their own or have support from other sources. All reactions are normal.
If you would like additional support, help is available below.
Flood Recovery Hotline
Flood Recovery Hotline is a single state-wide number, 1800 560 760, that Victorians impacted by the October 2022 floods can call for help or assistance with:
- navigating available supports
- clean-up
- temporary accommodation
- mental health and wellbeing support
Partners In Wellbeing
Partners in Wellbeing provides free wellbeing support. The team is available 9am – 10pm weekdays and 9am – 5pm weekends. Call 1300 375 330.
Lifeline
