MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF BOROONDARA LEISURE AND AQUATIC FACILITIES
Contract No 2020/1
Boroondara City Council, Melbourne Australia, is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the management and operation of the Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Facilities (BLAF) under a single management contract for an initial term of four years (Maximum 10 years). The BLAF comprise:
- Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre
- Boroondara Sports Complex
- Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre
- Kew Recreation Centre

The BLAF has a total asset value over $230M; an annual turnover of over $23M; and approximately 2.6M visitations a year.
