Statement from our CEO – Kathy Parton
The Aquatics and Recreation Industry has been touched like many others within Victoria by the Novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). ARV is staying in touch with the Victorian Government regarding the latest information and guidance regarding the management of this community issue.
The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services is providing regular updates on the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) situation. As the situation is rapidly changing ARV members are encouraged to visit dhhs.vic.gov.au/novelcoronavirus for more information and the latest updates. DHHS also have a number of printable and online resources.
Some of these useful resources and information are outlined below:

· Call this line if you are seeking information on novel coronavirus. The line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week Coronavirus Health Information Line: 1800 020 080
· If you have a #coronavirus disease question and need a translator:
- First call 131 450
- Then request the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services #Coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398
- Keep Triple Zero (000) for emergencies
