Become a Customer Service Officer
Customer Service Officers support patrons attending facilities. They’re often the first people you see at the front desk.
CSOs welcome patrons, take entry payment and conduct administration duties that are essential to the function of an aquatic facility. This encompasses memberships, learn to
swim enrolments and merchandise sales.
AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER, YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
- Greeting/welcoming customers
- Deliver high quality guest experience at the facility
- Merchandise sale and display refill
- Point of Sale Operations
- Cash handling
- Patron education on policies
- Understand and adhere to all OHS policies and procedures
- Identify and report OHS issues
- Problem solving
- Answering phones
- Facility membership and swim school enquiries, sales, bookings and payments
- Clerical duties including data entry and archiving
QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL OBTAIN:
- HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid (includes CPR)
