Please join us on 31 March 2020 for a Regional Round Table Initiative

Target Market: Managers of local government aquatic and leisure centres that are managed in house. The preference would be that the attendees would be managers of centres with a turnover of $2 million plus.

Membership: Maximum of 8 per forum. Ideally regional. Expectation that participants would commit for a minimum of a year. Not mandatory however.

Objective: To facilitate networking, sharing and the potential development of in house managed collaborations.

Format: A 6 hour (10.00m til 4.00pm) forum in which a group of 6 to 8 managers come together to discuss issues of importance to the group as a collective. These “important issues” would initially be identified through a survey of the “Forum Members” one month prior to the first forum. An initial forum agenda would be developed with three key agenda items (1½ hours allocated to each). 45 minutes would be set aside for lunch, and the forum would conclude with 45 minutes in which the agenda for future meetings would be discussed, as well as a review of the meeting would take place. An “extras” would also be set aside at the end of the forum for those who wished to remain to discuss any current issues that were raised over the lunch break.

$275 per person including lunch
