This workshop will focus on positive leadership practices that promote the wellbeing of staff.
A recent report from PWC investigating “What Workers Want” found that, after pay, a very close second was wellbeing at work.
This workshop will leverage research from the field of Positive Psychology to discuss positive leadership practices that promote both the health of employees, and the organisation.
This workshop will be facilitated by ARV’s Mental Health Clinician/Consultant, Psychologist, Adele Bergin alongside ARV CEO, Kathy Parton.
This workshop will be delivered as a webinar using Zoom.
